TINSTAAFL

Robert Heinlein in "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" stated the simple fact of life:
There Is No Such Thing As A Free Lunch (TINSTAAFL).

If I recall the story correctly, The Lunar Colony was being oppressed. An underground movement, the 'Baker Street Irregulars' fought to protect the colonist's rights.

That is a good script for us to follow now.

This can be done within the limits of our current Constitution
.

Amendment I of the Constitution of The United States of America

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,

or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;

or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

We, the taxpayers, must continue to 'Peaceably Assemble', with 'Tea Parties', 'Tax Protests', and other such activities.

We, the taxpayers, must continuously 'Petition the Government for a redress of grievances' by writing to our elected officials at all levels of government.

We, the taxpayers, must demand a repeal of the grossly excessive spending in the 'Stimulus Bill'. A bill which will do more harm than doing nothing according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
