HE HAS BEEN RESCUED.
Captain Phillips, of the Maersk Alabama, is free.

Bainbridge has dealt with the pirates.
The first mission of the US Navy, the very reason, President Jefferson formed the US Navy, was to defeat Moslem Piracy. Commodore Bainbridge commanded that first task force.

The official said Capt. Richard Phillips is uninjured and in good
condition, and that three of the four pirates were killed. The fourth
pirate is in custody. Phillips was taken aboard the USS Bainbridge, a
nearby naval warship.
