More Bad News for Obama

Foxnews viewers prefer McCain - 87%-9%

According to Open Left.

Eighty-seven percent (87%) of Fox News viewers say they are likely to vote for John McCain, while those who watch CNN and MSNBC plan to support Barack Obama in November by more than two to one.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 65% of CNN voters plan to vote for the Democratic candidate versus 26% who intend to go for the Republican. Similarly, MSNBC watchers plan to vote for Obama over McCain 63% to 30%.

Only nine percent of those who watch Fox News say they will vote for Obama.

Hmm, I seen to remember that Foxnews has about 2mil viewers a night, CNN about 1mil, and MSNBC about .5mil.

So lets do some math:
Foxnews - 2 mil * .87  = 1,740,000 votes for McCain
CNN - 1.5 mil *  .26   =     390,000 votes for McCain
MSNBC - .5mil * .30  =     150,000 votes for McCain

Foxnews - 2 mil * .09  =     180,000 votes for Obama
CNN - 1.5 mil   * .65  =     975,000 votes for Obama
MSNBC - .5mil * .63  =     315,000 votes for Obama

McCain gets votes from 2,280,000 viewers (57% of total viewers)
Obama gets votes from  1,470,000 viewers (37% of total viewers)

1 The very crux of your writing whilst appearing reasonable originally, did not really sit perfectly with me after some time. Somewhere throughout the sentences you were able to make me a believer but only for a while. I nevertheless have a problem with your jumps in logic and one might do well to fill in those gaps. In the event that you actually can accomplish that, I will undoubtedly end up being amazed.
