A Clinton supporter has filed a Federal Lawsuit,
claiming Senator Obama
was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii. (Hospitals in Hawaii have no birthing records for his mother.)
That his mother was too young to pass US citizenship to him, that his step-father made him an Indonesian Citizen.

The action seeks an injunction preventing the senator from continuing his candidacy and a court order enjoining the DNC from nominating him next week, all on grounds that Sen. Obama is constitutionally ineligible to run for and hold the office of President of the United States.
The 'Emergency timing' of this action - just days before the DNC Convention.

Get an injunction to prevent his nomination from a (Clinton appointed?) Federal Judge.

Even if the court does not grant the injunction - How will this affect the super-delegates?

And this suit does not (yet) mention Barack Obama's travel on his Indonesian Passport as a 20 year old. (To Pakistan).

THE GLOVES ARE OFF.
